Adsync delivers engineering, technology, training, and operational support solutions to federal government and commercial customers. Adsync has built a reputation for combining technical expertise, responsive program execution, and a practical understanding of customer missions.
Adsync capabilities span systems engineering, modeling and simulation, instructional systems and training support, information technology, manufacturing, logistics, and operations and maintenance. We specialize in integrating people, processes, and technology to solve complex requirements and deliver reliable solutions in mission-critical environments.

Our Team

Jane Adkinson
Co-Founder & CEO
Jane Adkinson is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Adsync Technologies. She provides executive leadership and strategic direction for the company, with a focus on delivering innovative, high-reliability solutions to government and commercial customers. Jane holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Development and brings extensive experience in training systems, instructional technology, and educational program development. Prior to founding Adsync, she developed technology-based training solutions for FEMA, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Army Aviation Warfighting Center, and commercial education organizations.

Adam Adkinson
Co-Founder & President
Adam Adkinson is co-founder and President of Adsync Technologies, where he oversees company operations, technology strategy, program execution, and the delivery of complex engineering and support solutions to federal customers. With a background spanning computer engineering, software development, systems engineering, and simulation, Adam brings a hands-on technical perspective to executive leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a master’s degree in Computer Science. Prior to founding Adsync, he served as a systems engineering lead supporting the development of software, hardware, and simulation systems for NAWCTSD and NAVAIR.

Clarence Pape
Executive Vice President
Clarence Pape serves as Executive Vice President of Adsync Technologies, leading company operations and business development. He brings more than 25 years of experience supporting federal and Department of Defense customers, with leadership experience spanning information technology, program management, business growth, and advanced training systems. Prior to joining Adsync in 2018, Clarence held senior executive and consulting positions, including leadership of the Joint Staff CIO organization and roles with KPMG/BearingPoint. A former U.S. Marine Corps Infantry Officer, he holds PMP and ITIL certifications, a B.S. from the University of West Florida, and a Global Executive MBA from the University of Miami.

Michelle Hanratty
Corporate Human Resource Manager
Michelle Hanratty leads Adsync’s corporate human resources functions, supporting recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, workforce policy, compliance, and organizational development. She brings more than 20 years of experience in both commercial and government-contracting environments and plays a central role in developing and maintaining the policies and programs that support Adsync’s workforce. Michelle earned a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Marketing from Webber International University.
